Fencing is good with high fence, game proof fencing around three sides. The northern boundary is the Concho River and O.H. Ivie Lake. Interior fencing is good with old fence rows left in place to provide shelter for a substantial quail population. It is common to kick up 6 to 8 covey of quail on your drive around.
